Dispatch Board Does Not Work In OOB Open UI In Tree Navigation Theme (Doc ID 1932612.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, patchset 6, emdical_enu

In Open UI in Tree mode, you can drag and drop on Dispatch Board to schedule
an appointment fine, but you can't do anything after that on Dispatch Board
because you will get the following error even putting the cursor on the
record:

ERROR

Cannot get service: Gantt UI Service.(SBL-UIF-00275)



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate the following 2 vanilla workflow processes in Site Map >
Administration - Business Process > Workflow Deployment > Active Workflow
Processes:
- Dispatch Board - Generic
- SAF Activity

and Reload Runtime Events in Site Map > Administration - Runtime Event

2. Create a Schedule in Administration - Service > Schedules:
Name: Test Schedule
Monday 8 am to 5 pm, shift flag is checked.
Tuesday 8 am to 5 pm, shift flag is checked.
Wedesday 8 am to 5 pm, shift flag is checked.
Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, shift flag is checked.
Friday 8 am to 5 pm, shift flag is checked.

3. Create a Service Region in Site Map > Administration - Scheduling >
Service Region List.
Fill in Name: Test Service Region, Time Zone, Schedule fields.

4. Set SADMIN to have Service Region = Test Service Region, Schedule = Test
Schedule in Site Map > Administration - User > Employees > SADMIN > Service

5. Change to Tree Mode.

Log in Siebel emedical_enu
Choose Tools > User Preferences > Behavior, set Navigation Control = Tree.
(the default is blank which is the same as Tab)
Choose Menu > Save Record to save the change.
And make sure it is saved by navigating to another screen and back to see
Navigation Control = Tree.
Log out application.

6. Log in Siebel emedical_enu, you will get Tree tabs.

7. Create a new activity in Site Map > Activities > Activity List > My
Activities:
Type = Appointment (default)
Status= Unscheduled (default)
drill down on Type and choose 'Schedule' tab, and set the following fields:
Service Region: Test Service Region
Duration: 60 (minutes)
Work Time: 60 (minutes)

8. Go to Site Map > Dispatch > Dispatch Board

9. Click on 'Select Service Region', choose 'Test Service Region', and click
on 'OK'.
You will see SADMIN in the Service Region in the middle applet, the
unschedule activity in the 'Unscheduled Activities' in the lowest applet.

10. Drag and drop the activity in the lowest applet to an available timeslot
in SADMIN's calendar, for example, you see 5/1 2014 1 pm to 4 pm are free for
SADMIN, you drag and drop the activity to 1 pm on 5/1/2014. The calendar
will be blocked out for SADMIN from 1 pm to 2 pm 5/1/2014. The activity in
'unscheduled Activities' is gone, this means it has been scheduled, the
Status = Scheduled.

11. Put the cursor on the scheduled time slot Dispatch Board, you get the
error:
