ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
The Timezone language and the time format in the calendar view in Open UI application is not displaying properly
 
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In HI and Open UI, the Timezone language and the time format in the calendar view is not matching.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
In HI and Open UI, the Timezone language and the time format in the calendar view must be displayed same.
 
ENVIRONMENT

Application & Version8.1.1.11
System Name
Production/Development/Test:Dev/UAT
 
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go  to Activity --> Create Calender Activity
2. Go to eCalendar Screen and observe the timezone
