Open UI - Inbound Email - Can't See In Body Images (Doc ID 1934878.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.11.10 [IP2013] version, Comms Server & Email Response

When attempting to receive Inbound mails from clients that contain an image in the message body - we note that it is rendered OK on the email server
but we cannot render the image in the message Body Applet in the Siebel application.

It is instead saved as an attachment of the Inbound message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Communications List Screen Applet
2. Click on Inbound mail record
3. Review Inbound mail body record - see attachments - and note that they are only attachment images - and cannot be rendered within the inbound mail record.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Users can only see certain images on Inbound mail records as attachments - as they are Inline.
