Unexpected delays (time gaps) in Siebel JCA/JDB calls to Siebel Object Manager under mass data processing. (Doc ID 1935289.1)

Customer is using Siebel Data Bean and JCA to submit requests to Siebel EAI OM component and encountering a performance issue with the serialization of the JCA connections:

- In customers earlier version, the JCA connections were parallelized, allowing for multi threaded processing.

- In the same environment upgraded to, the same JCA connections are no longer parallelized, but rather serialized, leading to what customer consider as a performance degradation as the throughput of the inbound request handling/processing is being reduced by 7 folds.

The behaviour occurs as follows:
1. Create a Siebel Java Data Bean that submits requests to the Siebel EAI OM component.
2. Invoke the Siebel Java Data Bean, it should send multiple requests to the Siebel EAI OM component, allowing for multiple EAI OM tasks to execute in parallel.
However, this not occuring, rather than parallel tasks, there is only one task at a time.

Due to the loss of parallelism, the inbound requests are serialized, not able to process multiple requests at the same time, causing a reduction in the throughput.

There are no error messages that occurs with this issue, just the unexpected/undesired results being observed.
