We are in the progress of implementing CTI (patchset 7 on 22.214.171.124) in our application, we are unable to bring the communication session manager online.
Rest of the communication components are online belonging to the same component group. Can you please help us in bringing the component online.
I have attached the logs of the comm.session manager and the other logs for your reference. There is no component crash nor any core or stack files
getting created. we are not sure from when this is happening, we did not look into this component in the past, since we are setting up CTI and we are in the begining phase and we are trying to bring the component online but we could not.
We have DEV,DEV,UAT, UAT2,VOL and Prod environment the component is not online in any of the environment and has the same error message.
Please take a look and let us know your suggestions.

When attempting to start Comm Session Mgr
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Siebel
2. Try to start CommSessionMgr component
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use CTI functionality
