On : 8.1.1.11.11 [IP2013] version, Comms Server & Email Response

When attempting to use F9 integration with Outlook
the following error occurs.

ERROR

SiebelHTML object is not ready. Please restart your web application. If the problem persists, please consult your administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contacts screen
2.press F9

(Make sure you set Outlook Integration option in User Preferences>Outbound communications)

Due to this issue, users cannot use email funcrtionality
