OpenUI - When Auto Query Mode Applet Property Is Set To True, Applet Opened In Base Mode Does Not Switch To List Mode (Doc ID 1935992.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The applet does not switch t list mode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The applet should switch to list mode.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query for the View Personal Service Request List View in Siebel Tools.
2. In the View Web Template Items change the Applet Mode for the Service Request List Applet to Base.

3. Query for the applet Service Request List Applet and change the Auto Query Mode for the applet to New Query.
4. Compile the applet and View.


5. Open the Open UI application.
6. Navigate to Service Request List View.
7. The applet opens in query mode.
8. query on this applet.
9. The applet does not change its mode and stays on Query mode. Also the buttons on the applet are not seen.
