Refresh by director in [Forecasts]->[Subordinates] view causes OM crash

Symptoms
When there is a structure 'Director'->'Manager'->'Sales employee' and the director user runs 'Refresh' in [Forecasts]->[Forecasts List]->[Subordinates] view, Object Manager crashes with one of the following stack traces;
