Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Order Management
When attempting to invoke CopyQuote signal from a script, the following error is seen:
ERROR

"Instance with name 'DestInst' is not found. (SBL-ISS-00666)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a scripts that invokes the signal CopyQuote.
2. Execute the script and the error is seen.
BUSINESS IMPACT

This is preventing further development of the application around the CopyQuote Signal
