Symptoms

Siebel Open UI Mobile Disconnected client (ePharma) - on version 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030]:

When deploying to Disconnected Mobile application configuration some standard Siebel BusComps (i.e. 'Sales Assessment Attribute' and 'Sales Assessment Attribute Value') - the data for those BCs should be extracted and populated correctly on browser cached WebDB client database.
This is working fine in Mobile Connected mode.

But when switching to Disconnected Mode, no records are displayed in Sales Assessment Attribute and Sales Assessment Attribute Value BCs. In the client side log (setup as detailed in Document:1900688.1) below errors are found during synch:

--------------------------
WebDB - InsertRecordSet, SQL Error in executing query: INSERT INTO SalesAssessmentAttributeValue ( ID, MODID, CONFLICTID, ATTRIB_ID, CREATED, CREATEDBY, DESCRIPTION, ORDER, SCORE, TEMPLATEID, UPDATED, UPDATEDBY, VALUE, _PDAVISIBILITYTYPES) SELECT "8-71Q3", "0", "0", "8-71PE", "04/12/2010 17:25:45", "8-1F1T", "Test
(...)
WebDB - InsertRecordSet, Sql Error Message: near "ORDER": syntax error , ErrorCode : 5
...

BusComp - SortSpec, Name: Sales Assessment Value, SortSpec: Order,Assess_id
WebDB - Execute, SQL Error in executing query: SELECT Count(*) FROM SalesAssessmentValue WHERE ( Assess_id = "8-1OF428" ) ORDER BY Order,Assess_id BindVariable :
WebDB - Execute, Sql Error Message: near "Order": syntax error , ErrorCode : 5

--------------------------

Impact of the issue: Mobile Disconnected users cannot use correctly such standard Siebel BusComps.
