Symptoms
An UCM Batch Manager task is started to transfer accounts from the SDH tables to the UCM base tables.
The problem occurs when the following is performed:
1. An external application sends a new account (Account 1) to UCM and it’s inserted.
2. Another application sends an account (Account 2) with the same name and user key. Location isn't set for either account.
3. When Account 2 is processed, it’s identified as a new account, it’s inserted into the UCM base tables and an error occurs because Account 1 already exists.
