Symptoms

Environment:
-------------------
Product Type: Siebel Universal Customer Master
Version: 8.1.1.11 [23030]
OS platform: Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
DB: N/S
Env type: Test

Statement of Issue:
-----------------------------
An UCM Batch Manager task is started to transfer accounts from the SDH tables to the UCM base tables.

The problem is as follows:

An external application sends a new account (Account 1) to UCM and it’s inserted.

Another application sends an account (Account 2) with the same name and user key. Location isn't set for either account.

When Account 2 is processed, it’s identified as a new account, it’s inserted into the UCM base tables and an error occurs because Account 1 already exists.
