In Open UI, Row Gets Locked In List Applet After Shift Clicking

On : [IP2013] version, Client Functionality

In Siebel Open UI, when creating a new record in any list applet, Shift Click locks the record and hangs the view.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in Siebel app
  2. Navigate to Opportunities - All Opportunities list view
  3. Click on New to create a new records
  4. Step on one of the column of the new record and press shift
  5. Now the view gets locked and not able to undo the record or complete the creation of the record
