In Siebel Open UI, when creating a new record in any list applet, Shift Click locks the record and hangs the view.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in Siebel app
- Navigate to Opportunities - All Opportunities list view
- Click on New to create a new records
- Step on one of the column of the new record and press shift
- Now the view gets locked and not able to undo the record or complete the creation of the record
