Unable To Migrate Aggregate Upgrade and User Interface of Product Promotion using Workspace Projects


STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Administration - Products >> Project Workspaces
2. Export the promotion with User Interface and Aggregate Upgrade promotion products

The xml does not get the User Interface and Aggregate Promotion Products
