OpenUI Vertical Scroll Bar not Appearing Immediately after Resize Browser Window (Doc ID 1940918.1)

ISSUE STATEMENT
----------------------

In Open UI when the browser window resized the scroll bars does not work correctly.

On resizing the browser, user has to move the horizontal scroll bar to the most left in order to see the vertical scroll bar.

But in High Interactivity on resizing the browser the horizontal and vertical scroll bars get added onto the browser immediately.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OpenUI application
2. Navigate to any view
3. Resize the browser window

Its observed that the vertical scroll bar is not visible to see the same user has to move horizontal scroll bar to the extreme right.
