MESSAGE CRAWL BAR NOT WORKING WHEN ENABLE MESSAGE BROADCAST CACHE IS TRUE

When customer adds a new message to the message crawl bar, the older messages disappear. This only happens with Thin Client on custom SRF.
When adding a new message to the message crawl bar the old messages should stay
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into Siebel.
Enable message bar.
Add a couple of message (one High priority and one normal priority message) via Admin - Communication.
Verify that you see these two messages scrolling at the bottom on the message bar.
Add a 3rd message (Urgent with Alert) via Admin - Communications.
Wait for few minutes (until message bar refresh is reached). You will get an Alert for the new message in Siebel.
Click OK on the Alert and then observe the message bar at the bottom. You will expect to see 3 messages in total on the bottom message bar, but you will notice that you see only one message (the 3rd new message Urgent with Alert) scrolling in the message bar.
We would like to see all 3 messages to scroll in the message bar instead. (The same test from dedicated client shows all 3 messages scrolling on the message bar in the last step above)
