Single Sign On Failing with Windows Integrated Authentication on IIS 7.5 (Doc ID 1941066.1)

Symptoms

Customer is running Siebel 8 on Windows 2008 R2 with an IIS 7.5 web server. When trying to set up SSO with Windows Integrated Authentication they are getting the following error:

ProcessPluginRequest ProcessPluginRequestError 1 00000004544a0abc:0 2014-10-24 17:56:04 3796: [SWSE] Error in getting authenticated user for SSO.
ProcessPluginRequest ProcessPluginRequestError 1 00000004544a0abc:0 2014-10-24 17:56:04 3796: [SWSE] Failed to reset the query for the start command.
ProcessPluginRequest ProcessPluginRequestError 1 00000004544a0abc:0 2014-10-24 17:56:04 3796: [SWSE] Set Error Response (Session: Error: 10944635 Message: Web Server Authentication Failed.)

The LDAPSecAdpt works fine without SSO.

Desired behavior is that SSO should work.
