Merge Records option was disabled in both application level and applet level for the Address applet in Opportunities screen In

Issue with Merging the Address in  

User was unable to perform Merge operation for the Address in

Merge Records option must be enabled at applet level menu item or at Application level.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Select Accounts screen.
3. Select any record from My accounts view and click on Account Name drilldown
4. Navigate to Address tab
5. Select two records from Account Address List Applet (SCW) applet
6. From applet level menu we can see that "Merge Records.." option was in disabled mode. At application level also it is in disabled mode.
