Siebel CTI Call Disconnected After Symbolic URL Used

Siebel CRM - Version 8.1.1.10 [23021] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
- The user is in Siebel Call center and the CTI is working as expected.

- User goes to our ERP application and from there he/she naviagates to Siebel using Symbolic URL. Please note we are reusing the SessionID

- The user is taken to the target are in Siebel within the same session as expected

- The users gets disconnected from the CTI toolbar and have to manually login

Symptoms

 - The user is in Siebel Call center and the CTI is working as expected.
