Attachments are Getting Replaced On Uploading Document with Same File Name in OpenUI (Doc ID 1942806.1)

Siebel Open UI

Navigate to Service Request Attachments View and perform the following steps:

1. Attach a file using new file button and populate comments field with some notes.
2. Edit the document in your local drive and try attaching the same file again using new file button.
3. A record gets created with the same file bur you would receive a message when you step off the record saying that the same file already exists ,would you like to replace it ?
4. If you click on yes button , it deletes the recent record and updates the previous record with the latest attachment. Comments would remain as is.
