F9 Email - Email Body Disappears On Clicking The Border Of The Email Message In Open UI (Doc ID 1943285.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel version 8.1.1.11.12 in Open UI, after pressing F9 and selecting an email template, a pre-populated email popup window appears ready for editing and sending.

If the agent inadvertently clicks on the border of the email, the contents disappear. This should not happen, and requires repetition of steps and recreating and editing prior to sending email.
