Symptoms

Customer is trying to set pre-default value for an user preference.

Per KM Doc: 1600754.1, he was able to successfully set / add a pre-default value for "Theme". However, when he attempted to set the pre-default value for "Communications/EmailFormat" to "HTML", it didn't work. These changes are made to "User Preferences" BC.

He is trying this with 8.1.1.11 Patch Set 12.
