List server is showing one of the server as "handshake failed".
Even running srvrmgr from the same server, it is showing the same status.
In the Enterprise log file the following error is found:
GenericLog GenericError 1 00001d5c546408bc:0 2014-11-13 07:52:38 (schedule.cpp (479) err=1376294 sys=2) SBL-SMI-00038: Internal: Cannot create process for siebsess.exe
