8.2.2.4 Upgrep Throwing SQL Not Found Errors (Doc ID 1945157.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.2.2.4.11 [IP2013] version, Upgrade

When attempting to run the upgrade from V8.0.0.3 to V8.2.2.4,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup upgrade environment
2. Run UpgRep
3. The above errors are displayed after completing the DB configuration wizard and then by invoking upgrade process.
