SADMIN Credential Change Is Backed Out After Server Reboot

On : [23016] version, Security / Authentication

During the password change for the SADMIN account, the updates were lost after the server was rebooted.

During the password change for the SADMIN account using recommended steps, the password change should be effective upon server reboot

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform password change for SADMIN account
2. Make sure that all the steps are followed
3. Check to see if the application takes up the new SADMIN password change.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change SADMIN password effectively and this was causing a setback.
