Drilldown On Activity Type Just After Creating New Account Activity Triggers Error SBL-DAT-00523 (Doc ID 1945981.1)

Symptoms

In our 8.1.1.11 (IP2013) environment we recognized the following behavior:

when we navigate to an account, create an activity and making a drilldown on the activity type (without explicitly saving it) error "SBL-DAT-00523" is shown. When we do the same in 8.1.1.8 it's not leading to the error. According to our investigations the root cause is due to the different SQL statements created in 8.1.1.8 and 8.1.1.11.:
