Symptoms

On : 8.2.2.4 SIA [23030] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

In the Notification Summary tab, after drilldown on an Item which should navigate to a particular record in a particular view is not happening if the current view is same as navigating view.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In the Notification Summary tab, after drilldown on an Item which should navigate to a particular record in a particular view should happen even if the current view is same as navigating view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a message broadcast record with below values
Severity: Normal
Abstract: [D] 'Batch Print Request is Completed'
Message: BO:Contact; BC:Contact; View:Visible Contact List View; Id:9SIA-89D3D(give proper row_id)
Broadcast: Y
Recipient User: SADMIN

2. Step 1 would create a hyperlink entry in the notification panel. Destination view for the hyperlink is "Visible Contact List View" and destination record is "9SIA-89D3D".

3. Navigate to home page. Click on the hyperlink in the notification panel. This would navigate the user to "Visible Contact List View". It would highlight the record as well.

4. Navigate to "Visible Contact List View" using the screen and link bars Contacts - My Contacts.

5. Click on the hyperlink in the notification panel. This doesn't refresh the view to show the target record. Whatever record is shown before clicking on the drilldown is shown after clicking the hyperlink
