The 'Connect' Button Is Disabled On Search Engine Settings View

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
While configuring Siebel Search, the 'Connect' and 'Disconnect' buttons are disabled on the Administration>Search > Search Engine Settings view.
Also the 'Create Source', 'Update Source' and 'Delete Source' buttons are disable on the Administration>Search > Search Connector Settings view.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
These buttons should be available to continue with Siebel Search configuration.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Siebel Search functionality is configured as per Search Bookshelf guidelines.
2. Navigate to Administration - Search > Search Engine Settings: the 'Connect' and 'Disconnect' buttons are disabled,
3. Navigate to Administration - Search > Search Connector Settings: the 'Create Source', 'Update Source' and 'Delete Source' are disabled,
