ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Implicit Commit not working on Changing PDQ in Siebel Open UI


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Go to any Screen:Contact->Contact List Applet
2)Drill down on the Last Name ex:'Administrator'
3)Make changes in the Contact Form Applet for example change the value of fields Suffix,Privacy Option, etc
4)The current PDQ for this screen is All Contacts
5)Do not explicitly Save i.e.Do not Click 'Save' or 'Ctrl+S' explicitly
6)Go to PDQ and select a Saved Query: 'New Contacts'
7)One can view the records retrieved from this query
8)Now we will Execute the PDQ mentioned in Step 4 All Contacts
9)The record modified in step 3 will appear
10)One cannot see the changes made in step 3 saved into the application
