Siebel Marketing users just reported an issue with segment trees after after applying 22.214.171.124.140715 (previous version: 126.96.36.199.0 was working fine):
Opening an existing Segment Tree causes the application window to freeze (rotating mouse cursor). No further interaction is possible…
Investigation brought up that using IE 11 with browser document mode set to “10” instead of “edge” makes the application unlock the window again and the Segment Tree appears as expected
1) Is there any fix and Bug associated to this behavior?
2) Please confirm if the following workaround is valid:
b)Replace by to force IE 11 to use IE 10 compatibility mode
c)Restart OBI Presentation Service
d)Verify the header information changed accordingly for “X-UA-Compatible” content value from IE=100 to IE=10 like this
