There is a different phone format display in Open UI versus High Interactivity.

Open UI displays extra zeroes in the FRA language.

In Open UI, when entering a phone number in French format (0000000000), an extra zero is displayed on the GUI.

There should not be any extra digits added in phone numbers that lead to validation failure when the number of digits is checked.

1. Launch the Open UI Application in FRA.
2. Navigate to Contact.
3. Enter a Phone number.
4. Step off the field by using Tab.

Result:  Observe the Phone number displayed in the UI is zero-prefixed to the entered phone number.

5. Save the record.

Result: Observe the Phone number displayed in the UI that was prefixed zero in Step #4 step no longer shows the extra zero: this is the correct, expected format.
