Killing long running query at the database server may crash the object manager (Doc ID 1949797.1)

Symptoms

Object manager is crashing with the following call stack:

          CSSObjectBase::DoGetErrorMsg
          sobjbase.CSSObjectBase::GetErrorMsg
          CSSObjectBase::IPRA.$CopyErrorMsg
          CSSObjectBase::IPRA.$DoSetErrorMsg
          sobjbase.CSSObjectBase::SetErrorMsg
          CSSPMTService::IterateProcess
          CSSPMTService::DoInvokeMethod
          service.CSSService::InvokeMethod
          CSSWfStepExec::InvokeService
          CSSWfStepExec::InvokeTask
          CSSWfStepExec::InvokeAction
          CSSWfStepExec::Execute
          CSSWfStepInst::RunOneStep
          CSSWfStepInst::Start
          CSSWfCoordinator::Start
          CSSWfEngine::RunSingleProcess

In the respective object manager log file right before the crash the following error is found:

          SBL-DBC-00104: Error retrieving next record from the database

It was noticed this SBL-DBC-00104 error returned several minutes after the query submission.
