Cardinality Validation using Promotion Groups across Multiple Customers (Doc ID 1950418.1)

Symptoms

Memberships for a given Promotion Group Instance are distributed across multiple Accounts. Upon termination of any one of the Memberships, Verify Header (Order) throws cardinality violations as follows:

Minimum Membership Cardinality not satisfied
Minimum reward Cardinality not satisfied

Since the Promotion Group Instance and its respective components (Memberships & Rewards) are still active for other Accounts, it is expected that Verify process should not raise any violations in this respect. Integrity validation should consider all Installed Assets for the given Promotion Group Instance, and not just the given Account.
