Workflow Instance Monitor Logs Related Some Fields (Exmple : Start Date,Status) Are Not Populated In RUS Language (Doc ID 1950657.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Siebel Workflow

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some fields (Start Date,Status etc) related work flow instance level logs not populated with the values in RUS language.But same fields populated properly in ENU language

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All expected fields in workflow Instance logs should get populated in all languages

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create one client side BS to run the workflow by using *Workflow Process Manager* Business Service
2. Run this Business Service method by simulating the Business Service ,So that workflow gets invoked

                                           or

Use anyway to trigger the workflow instead of above two steps
3. See the Workflow instance logs by navigating to Site Map --> Administration - Business Process --> Workflow Instance Monitor --> Step Instances
