Siebel Chat UI Customization Issue: Hardcoded Device Commands Are Used. HoldCall, Unholdcall

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Siebel version 220.127.116.11 [IP2013], when using Siebel Chat UI, it is noted that several device commands are called directly, and not via CTI commands.
These commands are: HoldCall and UnHoldCall.
Some driver suppliers already use these command names but with another meaning.
Feasible solution would be to have the possibility to configure device command names (via CTI commands or in other way) all over the Siebel Chat UI functionality.
