Column Displayed Issue Faced After Upgrade To Siebel 8.1.1.11 Open UI (Doc ID 1951321.1)

On : 8.1.1.11.11 [IP2013] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to move the scroll bar and change the order of the columns using Column Displayed after moving the last column to the first position in IE11 Browser

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

User should be able to move the scroll bar and change the order of the columns using Column Displayed.It should allow navigation after we use arrow button and move the column to topmost position.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Column Displayed
2. Select one field which is at bottom
3. Click on Up arrow button
4. The field will move to top most.
5. Then try to move scroll bar or select any other field.
6. Unable to select any other field other that selected.

Issue is only replicable in IE11 Browser.
