Whilst performing migration from 8.1.1.11.10 to 8.1.1.14.1 on non-ENU operating system (e.g. German) IRM upgphys step has failed at step

 "Migrate Query Search Controls of List Applets" which calls the command:

File Name = $SiebelRoot\bin\..\..\jdk\jre\bin\java

Command Line = -jar $DbsrvrRoot\common\SrchCntrlMigration.jar /s $SiebelRoot /c "$ODBCDataSource" /t $TableOwner /u $TableOwner /p $TablePassword /o $SiebelLogDir /d $DatabasePlatform /r "Siebel Repository" /l $SiebelLogDir/srch_cntrl_mig.log

Filename =  applet.log shows the following:
