Remote Product Configurator Stops Responding (Doc ID 1952753.1)

Symptoms

For some reason remote product configurator stops responding on new sessions.

The SISNAPI connection is closed from AOM when remote eConfigurator needs too long to respond. Why does this happen? How can it be addressed?
