On : 8.1.1.11 [23030] version, Reports


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configuring Siebel Security Model with BIP 11G
2. Login to BIP using weblogic or SADMIN
3. Go to --> Security Configuration > Roles & Permissions in BI Publisher Server

or Try to Upload/generate BIP Report from Siebel.
