Preventive Maintenance Engine Issue

We are using Preventive Maintenance Engine for our application which generates SR and Activities based on the PM Plans under agreement. We are facing an issue with PM Engine. If an agreement has PM plan for September Month but if the agreement or the entitlement has End Date 30th September, it does not create Activities and SRs for that Plan. This happens for all plans.
if the contract is expired at last day of the current month and has a scheduled PM plan for the same month, SRs and Activities should have been created.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Entitlement's End Date = 9/30/2014 12:00:00 AM
2. Click on Run PM button
