Siebel UCMBatchProcess task only passing Contact First Name and Last Name to EDQ for cleansing, but does not pass Email Address, Phone Number and other fields listed in the EDQ BC Field Mapping

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------
Customer is using UCM Batch Process to process data from SDH table to base table. After the UCM BDM task completed, customer observes that only 2 fields from the SDH table were cleansed: ony the First Name and Last Name fields. However, customer need to also clean the Email Addres, Work Phone #, Particular Phone #, etc. as well.

WHERE IT HAPPENED:

The issue happens in customer's test environment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Put a record into the SDH table with First Name, Last Name, Email Addres, Work Phone #, Particular Phone #, etc.

2. Run the BDM task to process the record. It will be observed in the log file that only First and Last Names are passed to EDQ.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:
------------------------------
Since the other fields are not cleansed, the data is not considered properly cleansed, leading to data integrity issues.

ERROR MESSAGE:

There are no error messages that occurs with this issue, just the unexpected/undesired results being observed.
