ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Dispatch Board configuration causes OM crash in 8.1.1.11 patchset 9 deployment in Open UI mode, disabling dispatch board eliminates the crash.
The crash is from a single user session. There were not multiple users logged in.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
There should not be crashes due to dispatch Board in Open UI.

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. 1 service region, no parent and child service regions needed, just 1 service region by itself.
2. 1 schedule
3. 15 employees associated to the service region
4. set up a few appointments, schedule appointments for 5 employees, drag and drop to schedule appointments, schedule 1 appointment for each of the 5 employees.
5. set user preference week major/ Day minor, log out.
6. log back in, crash

Another Scenario for reproducing this:
Drag and Drop an activity from Dispatch Board backward or forward 1 month. For example, today is 10/9/2014, drag it to 9/7/2014; or drag it to 11/9/2014.

In HI mode, it works fine.

This can be reproducible at will in both production and test environments.
