SWECommand "OpenCustomerDashboard" Doesn't Work with CTI

SWECommand "OpenCustomerDashboard" doesn't work
In earlier Siebel releases, the following configuration using SWECommand "OpenCustomerDashboard" was used to automatically open the CTI dashboard from CTI when an inbound call arrives:
1.Call a custom Command Definition in the EventResponse
2.In the custom Command Definition add the device command as "@InvokeSWECommand"
3.In Command Data Parameter add the Parameter as Param.SWECommand = “OpenCustomerDashboard”
DeviceCommand = "@InvokeSWECommand"
Profile = "Cust0 TServer"
CmdData = "TestCmd"
Param.SWECommand = "OpenCustomerDashboard"
ServiceMethod = "Persistent Customer Dashboard.Update Dashboard"
However the above no longer works in IP2013 and later and throws error mentioned below
