CRM Desktop Sync With Mobile Devices

CRM Desktop synchronizes data with Siebel for such objects as Accounts, Contacts, Activities and Opportunities. CRM Desktop plugin creates technically all of them as Contacts in outlook server profile. During synchronization with MS Exchange server, these contacts are synchronized with server account, where they become available as Contacts for all other user devices. It includes all mobile devices such as iPhone, Android-based devices and Blackberries. During synchronization of mobile devices with MS Exchange all these objects are partially synchronized as Contacts to mobile devices.
There are multiple issues with this approach:
Completely irrelevant objects such as Activities are shown as Contacts in mobile devices.
Traffic needed for synchronization is increased substantially.
Mobile devices are slowed down with huge amount of Contacts.
On some devices (Blackberries especially) there is no way to separate these objects from real Contacts, which increases user confusion and makes Blackberries completely unusable.
The data is not complete as custom fields, defining content are not synchronized anyway.
We need a solution to stop synchronization of data coming from CRM Desktop to mobile devices. Please, provide guidance on how this issue should be resolved.
