In Open UI Dispatch Board Does Not Display All Activities In A Date Range (Doc ID 1956794.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.9 [IP2013] version, Field Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

2 behaviors for Dispatch Board in Open UI:

(1) Dispatch Board doesn’t show Activities that starts before the 5 Day Time Range Start time.

(2) Also the Activity is not seen if the Activity Start Time/Activity End Time Starts/Ends in the Day
that is not displayed in the Dispatch Board Time Scale.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Dispatch Board displays the activities correctly.



STEPS

The behavior (1) can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Open UI Mobile application.
2. Goto Activities Screen and Create an Activity that starts from 11/01/2014 and Ends in
11/08/2014.
3. Goto Dispatch Board.
4. Select 11/04/2014 from the Date Selector on the Dispatch Board.
5. Issue – Activity is not seen in Dispatch Board.
6. Expected – Activity Should be seen between 11/02/2014 to 11/06/2014.

The behavior (2) can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Open UI Mobile application.
2. Navigate to User Preference Select Start Day of the Week as Monday and Number of Days as
five.
3. Go to Dispatch Board.
4. In the Bottom Activity List Applet Create an Activity with Duration = 1440min.
5. Drag&Drop the Activity to Friday 4 PM from Bottom List Applet.
6. Issue – Activity disappears.
7. Expected – Activity Should be seen till end of Friday since Saturday is hidden in Time Scale.
