Goal

Customer wanted to install Siebel Clinet 8.1.1.11 PatchSet(PS) 7 on windows 8 64bit machine. In this process customer installed 8.1.1.11 PS-5 and then navigated to OPatch directory to see the environment details and the OPatch was failing to show the details

User should be able to see the environment details once the Oracle Home is set and the opatch lsinventory command is issued.
