When attempting to import Response records via Web Surveys the Response is not imported into Siebel. The following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install WSD 628 on Windows 2008 R2 using JDK 1.6
2. Start up WSD
3. Click on a Web Survey link
4. Enter some details into the form and submit it.
5. Check whether the Response has been imported into Siebel.
