Account Merge Error

While merging two accounts in Administration Data Quality->Duplicate accounts view, the customer was seeing the below error message and the merge fails.
"Invalid Hierarchy Structure - Circular Loop Detected.(SBL-APS-00120)"
After doing this, if I navigate between the two candidate accounts, I get the below error message
"An end of file error has occurred. Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DAT-00393)"
