On : [IP2013] version, Configuration - General

The incorrect spellings are not highlighted.

The incorrect spellings should be highlighted.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to under preference:Site map --> User Preferences --> Outbound communication
2. For Send Email set "Default Message Format" to HTML
3. Press F9
4. Type incorrect spellings into the message body.
