The login page for Innovation Pack 2014 (IP2014) is not presented in the High Interactivity mode: the display appears to be Standard Interactivity with missing logos.

Steps
User launches application to log into the Siebel application IP2014.

Result: The screen display appears to be Standard Interactivity with missing logos.

Changes

 The application was upgraded from IP2013 to IP2014.
