Siebel CTI Open UI: The Sound Does Not Work For CTI Inbound Calls

Information in this document applies to any platform.
We are using Siebel Patchset 10. With OpenUI, the sound does not work for CTI inbound events. On support web, I see this issue was fixed in Siebel Fix Pack

Can you please let us know if the fix is in Siebel Patchset 10? The sound does work for HI client but not for Open UI.
