Siebel 184.108.40.206 CTI Open UI: The Sound Does Not Work For CTI Inbound Calls

We are using Siebel 18.104.22.168 Patchset 10. With OpenUI, the sound does not work for CTI inbound events. On support web, I see this issue was fixed in Siebel Fix Pack 22.214.171.124.
Can you please let us know if the fix is in Siebel 126.96.36.199 Patchset 10? The sound does work for HI client but not for Open UI.
