We are using Siebel 188.8.131.52 Patchset 10. With OpenUI, the sound does not work for CTI inbound events. On support web, I see this issue was fixed in Siebel Fix Pack 184.108.40.206.
Can you please let us know if the fix is in Siebel 220.127.116.11 Patchset 10? The sound does work for HI client but not for Open UI.
